HUNG SHUN FAI, an alumnus of the Performing Arts School of BFA, submitted an articled titled “Art Never Ends, Realize the Dream with Light and Shadow”, which won the second prize in the “Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Hong Kong’s Return to China • My Story of Studying in Mainland China” Article-Soliciting Activity hosted by the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Ministry of Education and organized by Beijing Research Institute of Education Management for Students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. And on June 16, he was invited to participate in the awarding ceremony held at the Hall of Chinese Studies of Renmin University of China.
This article-soliciting activity started this March, and it solicited works from all the colleges and universities in Mainland China. 1082 articles from 47 colleges and universities in the whole country were received. After the evaluation, 104 of them won the prizes, including 10 articles for the first prize, 32 articles for the second prize and 62 articles for the third prize.
In the article, HUNG SHUN FAI told his studying experience and employment experience in Mainland China, expressed his thanks and gratitude to the motherland, alma mater, his teachers and classmates. His article was unanimous praised by all the judges for its exquisite style of writing and sincere emotion. Congratulations to him again. And we believe in the future, more students will gain achievements in such activities.
