2014 Graduation Works of BFA (Beijing Film Academy) and Students’ Short Films Won Five Awards of the 6th Macau International Film Festival

On December 29, 2014, the Micro-Film Festival of the 6th Macau International Film Festival was held in Wynn Hotel Macau. 2014 Graduation Works 1990 directed by 2014 postgraduate student Han Jianv who graduated from BFA in 2014 and who came from Department of Directing won Macau Dragon Micro-Film Award, 2014 Graduation Works Requiem directed by Wen Muye won Director Award of Macau Dragon Micro-Film, 2014 Graduation Works Summer Secret directed by Zeng Zeng won Scriptwriter Award of Macau Dragon Micro-Film, 2014 Graduation Works Back to the Prairie directed by 2014 postgraduate student Yin Liqi who came from Department of Directing of BFA won Spark Awards of Macau Dragon Micro-Film, Watch the Sea directed by student Xu Lei who entered BFA in 2013 and who came from School of Continue Education of BFA won social group Spark Awards of Macau Dragon Micro-Film. Zhang Huijun, President of BFA, professor Xu Bin and student winners attend this film festival. Zhang Huijun was President of this Graduation Works.

Macau International Film Festival was established in 2009, and Micro-Film was its subordinate short film unit. The purpose of Micro-Film is to incentive development of film, TV, and animation industry, to cultivate newcomers of film, TV, and animation, to provide platform for capital joining film and TV project and to build international version that first level film festival shall have. Macau International Film Festival had been held for six times, and each time BFA took part in it and won awards. The short films send by FBA almost won all the awards in the 6th Macau International Film Festival. Congratulate winners and hope a better and better Macau International Film Festival!
